Glen Westlake, graduated with a Masters in Engineering but was recruited into Management Consultancy in the late 80’s with Price Waterhouse where he became a specialist in Management Information. Working as a freelance consultant for 10 years enabled Glen to gain real world experience of Data Warehousing and BI across many different types of organisations. In 2002 Glen founded IT Performs as a specialist Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence consultancy which has grown significantly each year. Accredited by The Data Warehousing Institute as a Certified Business Intelligence Professional at Master level, Glen has remained 'hands on' whilst researching to ensure solutions are delivered using the best tools and approaches to continually drive business benefit. Now as CEO, Glen focuses more in the area of Change and Performance Management of Business Intelligence to ensure organisations obtain maximum value from their technology, people and data.
