Hana is a professional learning and development manager and coach, who joined IDG after ten years in Learning and Development at Thomson Reuters.
She has designed and implemented learning strategy at senior and global level, designed and managed graduate programmes, designed blended learning programmes for a large number of soft skill topics, implemented coaching programmes, carried out professional, private and pro-bono coaching, developed talent management processes, carried out internal efficiency consulting led team development activities and facilitated leadership programmes.
She is currently Head of Talent at Inspirational Development Group, working with a number of clients on learning, coaching and talent programmes globally and specialising in talent management strategy, coaching, learning design and training evaluation & assessment.
