What are the main themes around collaboration which customers are currently most interested in?

From a user point of view, there's two aspects, the first, is that most organisations impose mailbox quotas so therefore users are constantly worried about the size of their mail box growing and end up spending time focusing on driving down the size of their mail box rather than focusing on their business activities. Another point of view is that when you send round files by email there is no real coordination. So if you send a file to a number of people someone might edit that, other users have no visibility as to which is the latest version of that file so it becomes very difficult to manage, as you aren't sure what is the up to date information.
