The purpose of The Academy for Chief Executives is to create an environment where leaders of business or professional practice or charity can develop their entrepreneurial skills, sharing best practices and, through the values of the Academy, using their new insights and capabilities, help their staff, their families and others. The Academy’s process involves both peer group learning and individual coaching/mentoring.
