There are a number of channels you can use to find reliable distributors in China, usually through market based research or sector research you can identify potential contacts attending tade exhibitions can identify the main players in a sector. Once you have a short list of potential agents or distributors you need to conduct due diligence, don't take what is said as given but research yourself and find out what the information is really about once you have an ongoing relationship, make sure you have constant communication with sensitivity to cross culture differences.
